~*Fatties' Food List*~

Not like I want to be super super skinny... I want to stay healthy and lose some weight >< It's been awhile already and I plan to have a 12 weeks challenge! Lose around 5kg in 3 months and I think it's a reasonable amount to lose in such a period of time :) I understand that it won't be easy as it seems but I really hope I can have a good discipline on myself, I'll also take it as a discipline challenge ! (Hrmmmm... what do you guys think?)
I definitely wanna choose the left one!!!! Fighting Fighting Ursh Urshi .V.

So I list the top 6 food that I really should aware of and stay away from them *^* Not only because they are my normal snacks, but also unhealthy in short and long terms on my health. Being healthy should be a life-long investment... what I want to say it >< Even you are rich, you are still nothing without being healthy... :(

  1. Instant Noodlesbyebye Migorang byebye SHIN ramyun~~~ (running away!!!!!!!!!!!)They are around 300-500kcal which approximately equal to a meal. Usually, I will cook some eggs, dumplings and veges and eat with instant noodles... Altogether the calories will be over 800kcal!!!! \\\(>O<)/// BESIDES, the addictive packed along with the instant noodles are another calorie killer .V.
  2. Onigiri

^ so cute cute these onigiris, sigh :( i use to food hunt this too much at MoMo Sushi *w* (still missing it)I cannot believe its calerie is so high when I checked it and I almost had a small heart attack.... I always thought that Japanese food are clean, simple and healthy >O< This is totally wrong for onigiri!!! Although it is very filling but a single one is around 600kcal already!
    3.
    Fried Rice

wuwuwu I can't find a proper photo of my mami's fried rice :( so I googled this heart shaped fried rice, so I feel more loved xD
Mami's fried rice is the best dish on earth, however mami uses quite a lot of oil to cook (That's why its so delicious wuwuwu :< ) This kinda make me hate white rice.... These soated oil fried rice is around 700-800kcal for just a single bowl \\\(*^*)/// Moreover, as a traditional HKer family... you always have few other dishes to eat along with a
meal. So for a lunch or dinner, the total calorie can be over 1500kcal, that's already more than the total calorie I need to take daily, how can I not be fat????!!!!
    Always keep in mind:
Fat & Oily Food need to eat separately with Carbohydrates! Because the mix of these food can increase the insulin in your body which speeds up the rate of formation of body fat, makes a bad cycle of fattening..

    4. Chocolate

arghhhh... I wonder who would believe this :/Yes, I'm a chocoholic, I really think I cannot survive without it *^* I understand that Dark Chocolate doesn't have much calories normally, but the chocolate you bought from outside contains large amount of cream, butter, sugar T^T a small piece of chocolate = half bowl of white rice

    5. Bread

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee *V* TOTORO BREAD, perfect bun hehe ^^I really really love bread.... I always slow down when I walk pass Bakery's Delight and Breadtop ^U^ That scent always makes me feel like the most happiness girl on earth (I know it's sound very weird, but I just cannot resist that lol) Bread normally consists of flour, egg, sugar butter and oil, therefore it is not surprised that the calorie of a small bun is around 400kcal. Choose the wholemeal for substitute! :D (WEEEEEEEEE I can still eat bread woohoo~~)

    6. Bubble Tea
yummy yummy bubble tea, I mean who doesn't like it?? Who would hate it? SOOOOO hard to resist (especially with HKSA member card, FREE UPSIZE woohoo~~ love to see boyfriend's signature on the paper *admire*)

Everything related to milk tea is FAT FAT FAT!! Not only because of its high suger content, but also the pearls inside!!! A cup of bubble tea = 1 and 1/2 bowl of rice >O< (oh dearrrrrrrrr!)
