²  Don’t Skip Breakfast
breaskfast provides the energy needed for whole day. So skipping breakfast will definitely make you feel tired and lack of motivation. Besides, the calorie taken in breakfast takes a whole day to burn so it’s not easy to store in body. RMB!!!!! High content of sugar and calories carbohydrates and protein can be eaten in breakfast!

²  Don’t Eat Snacks and Fried Food
Every fried food has a extremely high calorie content, easy to store in body and makes you tired!!! Also, pimples will develop on face >< Especially the oil used
