WOOHOO, FINAL STAGE FINALLY XD


Morning Weight: 52.7 kg
Compared to the one on Day 1, 53.1kg, 53.7kg, I lost almost 1kg in two days!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so proud of myself for controlling my own discipline and my will against the hunger! ^w^ (woohoo, I hope I can continue in this rate!!

Breaky: 7:30am
Weet bix x 1: 57cal
banana x 1: 105cal
Soy Milk x 200ml: 75cal
Subway Brownie x 1: 315cal

After early breaky, I went to Syndal for dental and I took my top braces off!!! I feel a bit weird without bracing haha but my teeth are so neat!!! \\\(^O^)/// However, I need to wear a retainer later and it's hard for me to talk and eat :(

yesyes, I eat quite a lot that I cannot myself much :/ around 4pm, I went back Syndal to take the retainer and walked back to home. It's quite far and Taz just became.... well Taz ._. He went mad and he said he was so stressed because of the mid sem exam and I couldn't lose weight!!!! .V. HOW IS THIS RELATE TO HIM ANYWAY 

Dinner: 6:30pm
