Morning weight: 52.9kg
I ate too much at home last night >< control michelle control!!! Imagine others saying mean words to me really motivates me to continue and stay strong. I woke up at 7:30am (zzzzz...) and did a 45mins HIIT, so I showered around half an hour then had my breaky :D

Doing workout in the morning really brightens my whole day and my mood became better, I have more positive thinking ^^ Haven't done a HIIT for a while, I was bit tired ><

Detox water of the day: 
1 medium size apple with a green tea bag, yummy and healthy! ^O^

Breaky: 9:00am
Banana x1: 105 cal
Apple (medium) x1: 80cal
Yogurt x 2 tablespoon: 20cal
Manuka honey x 1 teaspoon: 30cal
Total Breaky: 235cal

Lunch: 1:00pm
Cabbage x 1cup: 34cal
Tomato x1: 32cal
Noodle: 45cal
Tofu: 64cal
Miso: 10cal
Total Lunch: 185cal

Dinner: 6:00pm
PawPaw x1: 67cal
Weetbiz x2: 107cal
Honey x 1 tbspn: 60cal
Soymilk x 200ml: 67cal
Gold kiwi x1: 46cal
Total Dinner: 347cal

Total Intake of the day: 767cal

hrmmm.... Breakfast, lunch and dinner should intake the most to least food according to the order and it seems that I didn't control well today so calorie intake in dinner is more than breaky (/.\) Since I did a workout in this morning, so I'm kinda feeling positive today and I like how I keep my total calorie intake below 1000cal :D

Thank god it doesn't exceed more than 53kg ><. Good work Michelle ~~(feeling proud of myself hehe :p) Keep fighting!
