♥ {12 WEEK CHALLENGE} ♥ DAY 5: Wokout is necessary

~*DAY5*~

Today's a beautiful day with some wind breeze over Yarra river :D I did a morning workout again! :p

Morning Weight:

Then just like yesterday, I had a morning workout ~ Here's my video from Fitness Blender :)

Compared to yesterday's one, this one seems easier but it takes more time. I don't have any classes on Wednesday so it's totally fine for me ^u^ no hurry at all.

After workout, I went to take a shower and I felt like to measure my weight again haha. Surprisingly!!!!! my weight dropped again, it became 52.1kg!!!!!!
After workout weight:
(WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE *V* this totally made my day again. Oh dear... I'm like waking up happily everyday, keep this up, fighting fighint!!! .V.)

Breaky:
Paw Paw x1/2: 67cal
Soy Milk: 50cal
Weet Biz x1/2: 30cal
Honey x 1 tbsp: 60cal
Total Breaky: 207cal

Lunch: 1:30-1:45p,
Tomato x1: 32cal
Cabbage x 1cup: 20cal

Total: 122cal

I had a quick lunch today because baby Taz wanted to go to South Wharf to take photos but the sky seemed to shower around 3-4pm. So we rushed there in order to take some photos when there were still some sunshine >< To be honest, the lunch wan't too filling because I only used 15 mins to KO it :'( So I was bit hungry afterwards T^T (see my cover of this blog??? It's taken on the Webb Bridge *V*)

Dinner: 5:30-6:00pm

Pawpaw x 1/2: 67cal
Vita Biz: 58cal (Run out of Weetbiz so I got this because this one is on sale xD)
Soy Milk: 67cal 
Honey: 60cal
Total: 252cal

Late Night: 10pm
Soy Milk x100ml: 34cal
Honey x 1tsp: 30cal

Total Intake of the Day: 645cal

I like how I managed to eat every 4 hours for 3 meals, this ratio keeps me filling and I'm determined after that I wouldn't eat much. If I really really cannot stand for the hunger at night, a cup of hot unsweetened soy milk is definitely a ideal choice for me! ^^ 

Also, because of the 5:2 challenge, I think my appetite is in my control. My body seems get used of the two days with 500cal so I don't feel like eating too much for the following five days with 1000cal. I think it's a good habit too, hopefully I can do some stretching at night when I have time.

Night Weight:
Luckily, I didn't gain that much after dinner and the soy milk drink! I hope there's another magical number waiting for me tomorrow morning! :) Keep fighting, michelle.
