~*Day 1*~

My own weight has been fluctuating for awhie...

March 2012: 56.8kg
March 2013: 50kg
March 2014: 47kg
September 2014 (Now): 53kg

I really don't understand why my weight suddenly goes up so much :'(( I always do workout for  three times of a week, normally once per day (at least 30 minutes). Sometimes I do the HIIT and sometimes I just choose Jang Dae Yun, the extremely successful asian woman who aged 40 but still keep in good shaped. So I'm questioning myself which part did I do it wrongly...

  • Did I eat too much?
  • Did I choose the wrong food to intake? Wrong timing to eat or drink?
  • Wrong exercise routine? Should I change my exercise routine?
It's quite frustrating to see myself suffering from this trap, and I realize there is something I should really try and not give up. The famous 5:2 Theory!!!!!! So basically it's 5 days of normal eating, then on the other 2 days just eat a quarter of the recommend daily intake. So it's 500 calories for women and 600 for men. There are soooooooooooooo many successful cases and I'm so determined myself. To be honest, I really love my own body and I will not give up to build up a better me (*^*)

Morning Weight: 53.7kg (WUWUWUWUUWUWUWU T^T, I walk the lonely road...)
 

So... I will record the weight twice daily. First one is at the morning when I just woke up and before eating breakfast. The second one will record at the weight when I'm about to sleep. This method has been used by some japanese girls and they suggested that this is the most easiest and natural way to control body weight! :D Let's see....

Today is my first day of 500 calories intake day.
Breakfast:
Weet Bix Slice x1: 53.5 cal
Banana x1: 105 cal
Soy Milk Unsweetened x1: 80 cal
Total: 238.5 cal

Tiny Tea: 1 cal
Total Breaky: 249 cal

I think the control goes qutie well as I decide to have two meal for today

Dinner:

Cabbage x 1/4: 17 per half cup = 17 x 5 =85cal
Tomato x1: 43cal 
Tofu x2 slices: 88cal
Muashroom x2: 44cal
Tiny Tea: 1cal

Total Dinner: 261cal

Total Calerie Intake: 249+261=510 cal (damn, a bit more, luckily I did my workout!)

Argh….. I really really cannot stand for the hunger, I feel so failed L Starting from 4pm, I’ve been feeling hungry already so I cooked some cabbage and tomato… without any oil and salt (oh just a bit >< oh dear, I cheated!!!).

From 4:30pm, after consumed some food I made a bad decision… I did a half hour workout :S I know it’s really bad but sigh I did something even worse *^* I ate dinner straight after the workout!!!!! Aiyo, because of boyfriend lor ._. He was so hungry that he went to buy subway and when he returned, he suggested to watch the ‘ ‘, I cannot say no yeh? :p

Apparently it’s better not to eat anything in two hours after workout. Because the body will absorb the substances faster~~ Can anyone please tell me if this it true or not???

The dinner is more filling compared to the breaky, I think it's because the amount of cabbage is huge but its calorie is very low so I can pretty much eat as much as I wanted *V* BARE IN MIND, veges usually has very low calorie ^O^ woohoo~~
