This is the prune I bought is China Town and it's really good for digestion. Because I'm on diet and don't eat much, it's annoying that sometimes I cannot poopoo :/ It's one of the main enemies that we face when we are on diet D: I have tried these for twice, both consume before I sleep. I find it very useful! I drink 1~2cups of water then it's pretty fast for me to flush out the dirt (Y) Amazing product!

Dinner:

Morning Weight: 51.9kg (7:30am) OMGOMGOMG
FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!! it's back to 51s >O< Done so much workout and eat less really is the most efficient way to lose weight .V. I can't believe this is true because my weight of last night is still 52.8 >.< I'm proud of myself ^^


Here is my morning workout video: (from FitnessBlender), I sweat quite a lot and I didn't realize when I was doing it. The best feeling on earth is that you sweat a lot in the workout and then have a hot comfortable shower. IT'S SO AWESOME *V*
