So coming to the last day of Week 1, I have summarized my weight profile. Of course to push myself keep going and fighting, I will reward myself if I lost 1~1.5kg (because this is the ideal weight loss...it's not good to lose too much weight in a short period of time >.<) in 1 week. (Spend something I really really like but keep it below $40)
Morning Weight: 52.2kg (WUWUWUWU T^T I gained back 0.2kg compared to ytd.... I think I ate too much last night :< )
:'( I hope I can control well today.... to make more progress!
Breaky:
Kiwi x 4: 168cal
Since it's Friday so it means it's the date of the week! Hehe A DATE IN A WEEK is a promise between me and Taz :p I believe it's a rule to main a healthy and stable relationship: keep a romantic date frequently no matter how long a pair of couple being together. :p
We tried the Top Paddock's sister store called the Kettle Black to have a Friday brunch ^^ He ordered the Robbins Island Wagyu Skirt Steak on Kettle Black Bun ($23) and I had the Skinny Cappuccino and House-made Coconut Yogurt W/ Cluten-Free Grains, Seeds & Nuts. ($13)
Lunch:
Coconut Yogurt x 2cup: 226cal
Seeds & Nuts x 1/2 cup: 175cal
Skinny Cappuccino x 1cup: 74cal
Total: 475cal
Since I wanted to stay healthy and lose more weight compared to yesterday, I ordered yogurt and I hope my digesting systems can be benefited from that! :D
My friend Mr C was having his 21st at a Korean BBQ restaurant and IT's SO HARD TO RESIST BUT I DID NOT EAT AN SINGLE ONE!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't touch any of it, BECAUSE IT'S VERY UNHEALTHY AND FAT FAT FAT FAT FAT .V. I'm proud of myself ^V^ I shared half bowl of Spicy Soft Tofu Stew with Miss Samsam :) I didn't touch any carbohydrates too :) Hope I can stay strong for tmr since tmr is the start of week 2

This is my summary table of the first week of 5:2 Challenge, lost 1.5kg from the start :) This is pretty amazing for me and I like it cause I know it's a healthy loss! ^^
