Does anyone know how to keep the size of boobies while losing weight? >^< I don't know anything method so I just try to eat more pawpaw (papaya) and tofu, drink more soy milk :p


Breaky:
Minestrone x 1 and 1/2 cup: 82+41=123cal
Rye Bread: 68cal

Lunch: Coconut water: 72cal

Dinner: (I forgot to take a photo of the hot bowl :S, but it's similar to the one I ate ytd!)
Manuka Honey x 1 tea spoon: 30cal
Fat Free Yogurt x 2 tablespoon: 50cal
PawPaw x half: 122/2= 61cal
Tomato x 1: 32cal
Cabbage: 40cal

Today Calorie: 476cal

Taz (my boyfriend) and I had breaky today outside, next to Queen Victoria Market and the cafe is called Cafe Victoria! Nice food, chill place, awesome stuff and most importantly, CHEAP PRICE AND BIG SERVING SIZE! I feel like the soup is much more fatter than its on calorie counter :/  Oh well, I just choose to believe it cause it makes me feel better hehe ^U^

My morning weight: 52.9kg

I can see a small change woohoo~~ *HAPPY*  this made my day although I know it's not a big change but it's better than nothing (even it stays the same, I will be happy I didn't gain weight too ^^). My boyfriend got a friend who lately lose 4.5kg in 2 days, but she only ate one apple per day I find it it's too extreme for me and I probably cannot stand the hunger :/ 

I did a small workout today because I don't feel too energetic since I don't eat much this two days *^*. So here is my share of the workout!
it's only 10 minutes and it's focusing on the tummy :p which I really hate my small tummy wuwuwu T^T



Wow, amazingly the difference between day and night is only 0.1kg, I hope tomorrow I can be surprised by another number when I woke up WEEWEE :D
